Launch status
REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence is in a free Fit Check and planned-pilot stage. A fit-check request does not create a paid subscription and no card is collected. The displayed subscription tiers are concepts for a future pilot and cannot be purchased. The Tender-Ready Command Centre is a separate one-off digital product available for A$39 AUD through Payhip. It is also listed on Etsy at the current buyer-facing total displayed by Etsy.
What the service does
REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence normalises licensed Queensland forward-procurement data, presents separately labelled aggregate historical buyer evidence and applies a transparent triage score to information supplied by a user. It may also provide workflow tools and downloadable templates. It does not currently provide live tender notices or alerts.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for confirming the official notice, documents, amendments, eligibility, dates, pricing, tax, licences and submission. You must provide accurate profile information and use the service lawfully.
No submission or guarantee
Unless a separately signed service says otherwise, REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence does not write, certify, lodge or manage a tender on your behalf. No result guarantees eligibility, a compliant bid, contract award or revenue.
Subscriptions and cancellation
No subscription can currently be purchased, and no renewal, cancellation or subscription-refund terms have been approved. If a paid subscription is introduced, its checkout and terms will state the final price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, tax and remedy information before any purchase.
Marketplace sales, delivery and refunds
Payhip provides the primary A$39 offer. Etsy provides an optional marketplace offer and displays its own buyer-facing total, including any applicable tax, before payment. Each provider processes checkout through its payment services and provides digital delivery. The product listing displays the licence and pre-purchase terms before payment. REDFORMIO does not receive or store full card details. Purchase support and refund requests can be sent to support@redformio.com.au. Refunds, replacements and other remedies are provided where required by Australian Consumer Law and any additional terms shown at checkout.
Payhip sends privacy-minimised sale and refund events to REDFORMIO's separate reconciliation monitor. Buyer contact and order records remain in Payhip for Payhip purchases and in Etsy for Etsy purchases, while payment data remains with the relevant payment services. Authorised REDFORMIO representatives may access contact and order details in Payhip or Etsy for fulfilment, support, record-keeping, fraud prevention and remedies; buyer email, IP address and payment details are not retained by the separate Payhip sales monitor.
Currency and GST
The live workbook price and proposed service prices are displayed in Australian dollars. REDFORMIO PTY LTD was not registered for GST according to the Australian Business Register checked on 24 July 2026. The checkout discloses the amount payable and any applicable tax before purchase. This wording will be updated if the registration status changes.
Downloads
The workbook is licensed for the purchasing business’s internal use. It may not be resold, republished or distributed as a template. Rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
Availability and changes
Source systems, data formats and procurement plans can change. REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence may correct rankings, change coverage or suspend a source where permission, reliability or safety is uncertain.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied for triage and workflow support and is not a substitute for professional advice or the official procurement documents.
