Who is responsible
REDFORMIO PTY LTD (ABN 71 687 406 239), the operator of REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Its business address is 113–119 Teviot Road, Carbrook QLD 4130.
What we collect
When you request a fit check or founding access, REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence collects the contact and business information you submit: name, email, business name, services, regions, contract range, business type, response-time preference and high-level readiness answers. The request also records the campaign source label and referring page supplied by your browser.
First-party usage analytics record an event type, the page path and a campaign source label from the page URL or current browser session. These analytics are stored as aggregate daily counts and do not use third-party advertising cookies.
If a REDFORMIO product is purchased or refunded through Payhip, Payhip sends a sale or refund event to the REDFORMIO order monitor. The monitor discards buyer email and IP address without storing or logging them. It retains only a one-way hash of the Payhip transaction identifier, order status, currency, gross amount, refund amount, Payhip and payment-processor fees, whether a listed discount was used, and sale or refund timestamps.
Why we use it
We use this information to save the requested profile, produce or improve a shortlist, respond to the request, operate the service, prevent abuse, measure whether the product is useful, and reconcile product sales and refunds. Marketing messages are sent only when the separate optional consent box is selected or another lawful basis applies.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare provides the active site hosting, database and first-party analytics storage. Google Workspace provides the active support email service. Payhip provides the primary external product checkout and digital delivery. Etsy provides an optional marketplace checkout and digital delivery for the same workbook. Each marketplace and its payment services retain the buyer contact, order and payment records needed to complete the transaction. Authorised REDFORMIO representatives may view buyer contact and order details inside Payhip or Etsy when needed for fulfilment, support, business records, fraud prevention or remedies; REDFORMIO does not receive full payment-card numbers. The separate Payhip sales monitor does not retain buyer email, IP address or payment details. These providers may process data in Australia and other countries under their service terms.
Public procurement data
Opportunity records shown by REDFORMIO Tender Intelligence come from licensed Queensland Government forward-procurement open-data sources. They are indicative planning records, not live tender notices. Supplier profile information is not added to those public datasets.
Retention and access
We keep profile requests and minimal order-control records only as long as needed for the requested service, legitimate operations, reconciliation and legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@redformio.com.au.
Security and cross-border processing
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online system can promise absolute security. Cloudflare and Google operate global infrastructure and may process service data outside Australia. Their contractual safeguards and published privacy terms apply to that processing.
Changes
Material changes will be dated here and this notice will be reviewed as checkout, delivery or service providers change.
